Legal adviser and humanitarian
Simon Liu is a legal adviser and humanitarian with field experience in conflict zones including Syria and Ukraine. He has consulted for UN agencies, NGOs, governments, and the private sector on privacy law and international law. He has represented Australia at the United Nations on nuclear disarmament and non-proliferation, and was featured on SBS News.
Simon also founded Building Memorii, a humanitarian project dedicated to supporting the welfare of children during conflict and humanitarian crises. He raised funds to provide educational resources for children across Ukraine.
He holds an LLB from the University of Sydney and is completing an LLM from the University of Oslo.
